By purchasing a ticket to or attending any TMB Promotions event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with attending a live boxing event, including but not limited to: loud noise, flashing lights, large and energetic crowds, incidental contact with other spectators, and the possibility of fighters, equipment, mouthpieces, sweat, or other objects leaving the ring or fight area. You agree to follow all venue rules, security instructions, and applicable laws while on event premises. TMB Promotions, its partners, sponsors, venues, and Prince Ranch Boxing are not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or any incidental damages arising from your attendance, except where such liability cannot be waived under Texas law. Tickets are revocable licenses; spectators ejected for unsafe or disorderly conduct are not entitled to a refund. Ticket holders are also bound by the policies of the venue and the third-party ticket vendor through which the ticket was purchased.
